Justin Cataldo is based in Townsville, Australia, and has been playing drums for 20 years (since 1991). During school he played with Big Bands, Concert Bands and Percussion Ensembles.

After school Justin joined the Stokes Nicholson Big Band, was a founding member of local rock band The Kitchen, and has played in other local acts such as Hard Rock/Metal band Prey.

Justin is currently following an intensive practice schedule, but can be seen from time to time around town playing Jazz gigs including the Palmer Street Jazz Festival.
